1.1 This Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions contain herein (the"Privacy Policy") apply to website www.wekaya.ae (the “Website”) which is owned and operated by The Medical & Hazardous Waste Company (WEKAYA) LLC, an entity established in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us" or "our"). References to "you", “User”, "your" and "yours" are references to the person(s) accessing the Website.
